Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are available for pre-order. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel pre-order purchases.

What is a pre-order? When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released. We collect full payment at checkout and will ship (or make available for pickup) the item as soon as it arrives in stock.

Cancelling a pre-order

  • You may cancel any order that contains only pre-order item(s) that have not yet been fulfilled/shipped.
  • We will process your refund as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items. If your order includes both pre-order item(s) and in-stock item(s) that have already been fulfilled or shipped:

  • You cannot cancel the entire order.
  • You may request a partial refund for the pre-order item(s) that have not yet been fulfilled.

Important note about shipping rates. If removing the pre-order item(s) causes your remaining order to fall below the minimum order value required for free shipping (or otherwise changes the applicable shipping rate), we will refund only the price of the pre-order item(s) — not any portion of the original shipping fee. In other words, the refund will reflect what the shipping cost would have been without the pre-order item(s) included.
